Located about 45 minutes southwest of Lehi, this area offers a unique mix of desert trails, historic ghost towns, and open high-desert exploration.

It’s one of Utah’s hidden gems for ATV, SxS, dirt bike, and off-road 4x4 adventures.

Trail Overview & Historical Significance

The Tintic Mining District, centered around the now quiet town of Eureka, was one of Utah’s largest silver, lead, and gold mining regions in the late 1800s. Many of the original mine shafts, tailings, and historic buildings still stand along the trails today — making it a ride through time.

  • Terrain: Desert scrub, dirt roads, old mining roads, some rocky sections

  • Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate
