Utah OHV
Education Course

As of January 1, 2023, Utah law requires all OHV operators age 18 and older to complete the free Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course before riding on any public land, road, or trail. This applies to all of our rentals.

This is a Legal Requirement

Operating an OHV on public land in Utah without completing this course is a violation of Utah Code 41-22-31(1)(B). All renters 18+ must complete it before riding.
